About Us
Founded in 2022 by three immigrant women, Cross Cultural CareLink (CCC) is a home healthcare agency serving a diverse Middlesex and Essex County community. CCC offers exceptional home care service beyond healing. We empower patients, families, and communities to embrace top-notch health practices.
Cross Cultural Carelink LLC is a CHAP-accredited home care agency made up of culturally diverse professionals with vast experience in the medical and home health care fields. Our goal is to help our clients recover and regain independence, help educate our clients about their disease process, medications, potential complications, and the importance of being involved in their health care.
Our agency is a free-standing and woman-owned enterprise tailored to serve our multicultural communities by providing optimum care and linking them to resources.
Our team is flexible and accommodating and works tirelessly towards individualized care based on the client’s unique healthcare needs.
Our Leadership Team
Two of our founders are experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), holding advanced degrees, with over 14 years of healthcare experience working with diverse cultural communities in Massachusetts and overseas. Their homecare experience includes managing patient care, quality control, working with elderly patients, mental health patients, and their families by helping the patients navigate the healthcare system and providing clinical and emotional support. They are exceptional nurse leaders, known for their transformative leadership skills, which have been highly regarded by the companies they have worked for.
Apart from the nurse founders, the other founder is a registered respiratory therapist with vast medical experience spanning over two decades working for leading regional health institutions. Being bilingual and a respected leader in her community, her passion is to serve by providing health education and being a resource to those underserved, and has been very instrumental in helping patients navigate the health system for optimum health.
AnnCarol Kieyah, MSN, RN
She is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of healthcare experience working with diverse cultural communities in Massachusetts and abroad.
AnnCarol attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for her BSN degree. She also holds a master’s in nursing with a concentration in Public Health Nursing from the University of Aspen University in Denver, Colorado, and is passionate about creating awareness for disease prevention and health promotion.
AnnCarol migrated to the US in the late 90s and has lived in Massachusetts working in Lowell and Lawrence communities as an RN. AnnCarol has worked as a visiting nurse and a Case Manager in home health care settings and has a diverse experience in patient care at home. She has taught First Aid CPR and safety courses in the Middlesex and Essex Counties to many healthcare providers and is an instructor at the Northern Essex Community College(NECC). She has also worked abroad as a school nurse at a top international school.
Esther Nganga, RN
Esther Nganga is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 14 years of diverse experience in community and home health settings. She is an exceptional nurse leader, known for her transformative leadership skills, which have been highly regarded by the companies she has worked with, serving as Director and Associate Director of Nursing.
Esther is a Registered Nurse, holds a bachelor’s degree in teaching, and is a Certified Health Coach, Since relocating to the United States, she has remained dedicated to advocating for youth programs and has recently taken up the cause of promoting practices that enhance the health of immigrant women.
Elizabeth Nolberto RRT
Elizabeth Nolberto is a registered Respiratory Therapist with vast medical experience spanning over two decades working for leading regional health institutions such as Holy Family Hospital. In addition to being a respiratory therapist, she has spent many years teaching safety classes, including CPR and First Aid to many nonprofit and profit organizations in the surrounding towns. As a bilingual instructor, she is very proud of the positive impact that her teaching had had in the Greater Lawrence of Massachusetts communities.
Elizabeth’s parents brought her to Unite States in her pre-teen years and instilled in her the values of hard work and perseverance. Currently, she is a respected professional in both of her chosen fields of respiratory therapy and instructor. She is dedicated to helping others in her community.
For Elizabeth, serving others is not just a job, but a calling. She believed that everyone has a responsibility to give back to their community and make a positive impact on the lives of others. Through her work in her community, Elizabeth continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around her. Her passion for serving others is an inspiration to us all.
