Cross Cultural Carelink LLC is a CHAP-accredited home care agency made up of culturally diverse professionals with vast experience in the medical and home health care fields. Our goal is to help our clients recover and regain independence, help educate our clients about their disease process, medications, potential complications, and the importance of being involved in their health care.Our agency is a free-standing and woman-owned enterprise tailored to serve our multicultural communities by providing optimum care and linking them to resources.Our team is flexible and accommodating and works tirelessly towards individualized care based on the client’s unique healthcare needs.
